Terms of service
Last updated July 18, 2026
The short version
Use SnappSheet to run real productions, keep your logins to yourself, only message people on your shoots, and your work always stays yours. Cancel whenever you like.
The agreement
These terms are the deal between you and SnappSheet when you use snappsheet.com. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them. If you are here on behalf of a company, you are accepting for that company too.
What SnappSheet is
A tool for building production call sheets: crew, times, locations, schedules, and the day's practical details, shared as a live link or a PDF.
Some details fill themselves in, like weather, sun times, directions, and the nearest hospital. Treat those as a head start, not gospel. Anything safety critical, above all the hospital line, deserves a human double check before the shoot day.
Your account
Give us accurate information and keep your login to yourself. What happens under your account is on you. On team plans, a seat belongs to one person.
Your content
Everything you put into SnappSheet stays yours. You give us just enough permission to host it, process it, and move it around to run the service: rendering your PDFs, serving your links, sending your emails. Nothing more.
In return, you are responsible for the content itself. That includes having the right to add other people's contact details, and owning what you send them through us.
Sending rules
Share links, availability requests, and invites exist for the people on your productions. No spam, no bulk anything, no using SnappSheet to reach people who have nothing to do with your shoot. Abuse it and we can turn off sending, or the account.
Plans and billing
New accounts start with a free trial. A card is required to begin the trial, and the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first; cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout, and you can cancel whenever you like. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of what you already paid for. Prices can change, but never mid cycle and never without notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use SnappSheet to break the law, do not attack or probe the service, do not scrape it, do not resell it, and do not try to reach data that is not yours. Share links open exactly one sheet each, on purpose. Trying to get around that is the fastest way to lose an account.
Straight talk about uptime
SnappSheet is provided as is. We care a lot about keeping it fast and available, and we still cannot promise perfection, so to the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties. If something breaks on you, tell us and we will make it right where we can.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not on the hook for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim tops out at what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Where the law does not allow a limit, the limit does not apply.
Ending things
You can delete your account any time, no questions. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice when practical. The parts of this agreement that naturally outlive it, like your ownership of your content and the liability section, keep applying.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and meaningful changes get notice inside the product before they apply. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts there.
