How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial of Plus: the full planning toolkit, live crew links, calendar, and availability requests. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged if you cancel within the 3 days. After the trial it's $24.99 a month, or you can switch to Pro or Studio anytime.
When do I need Studio?
When more than one person builds sheets: producers and coordinators sharing one crew book, one template library, one workspace. Studio includes 2 seats, and every extra seat is a full Plus seat for that teammate at $14.99 a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your sheets and crew book stay readable either way, and PDFs you've exported are yours forever.
What about my crew's data?
