Privacy policy

The short version
We store what you put in, use it to build and deliver your call sheets, and show it only to the people you share it with. No selling data, no ads, no contacting your crew for our own reasons.
What we collect
Three kinds of things. Your account details: your name, your email, and a password if you use one. The work you create: jobs, call sheets, schedules, notes, and the people in your crew book, which can include names, phone numbers, emails, and roles. And ordinary service records, like server logs and a history of the messages you send through us, kept so the product works and problems can be traced.
Your crew's info
The people in your crew book are yours, not ours. You entered them, they belong to your production, and we touch them for one reason only: building your documents and delivering the messages you send, like a call sheet link or an availability request.
We never advertise to your crew, never add them to any list, and they can open your sheets and reply to your requests without creating an account.
How we use it
To run SnappSheet. Signing you in, saving your work, making your PDFs, filling in details like weather and maps when you ask, sending the emails you trigger, and helping you when you write to support. That is the whole list. We do not sell data and we do not run ads.
Who else touches it
A short list of service providers helps us run the product: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, an email delivery service, mapping and weather services that answer lookups like address suggestions and forecasts, and a payment processor when you buy a paid plan.
Each one receives only what its job needs. An address lookup sends the address you typed, a forecast sends coordinates, a payment shares billing details with the payment processor. None of them get your data for their own use.
Keeping and deleting
Your data stays as long as your account does. Delete something in the app and it leaves your workspace. Want everything gone? Email support@snappsheet.com and we will erase your account within 30 days, keeping only what the law says we must.
Security
Everything travels encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and each workspace is walled off from every other. Share links use long random codes that cannot be guessed. No system on earth is perfect, so if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you plainly and quickly.
Your rights
You can see, correct, export, or delete your information. Most of it you can handle right in the app. For the rest, one email to support@snappsheet.com does it. If you live somewhere with privacy laws like California or the EU, these rights are also yours by law, and we honor them either way.
Children
SnappSheet is a work tool. It is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and say so inside the product. Using SnappSheet after a change means you accept it.
